I am writing to anyone looking to improve their skill, strategies, success and satisfaction in the great sport of pickleball. Russ Decker is first and foremost a very high end energetic player who has achieved tremendous top of the ladder success in the sport. Russ also has that innate ability and desire to make everyone around him feel positively at ease while learning to enjoy and master the sport. I've been playing PB for over 2 years. My game has plateaued multiple times. When I'm plateauing, I take lessons to push my game to the next level. Out of all the coaches I have used, Russ has been the most thoughtful, easiest to work with, knowledgable about the game, helpful in improving my game, and clear about the direction he wants to take my level of playing, i.e. taking me from a 3.5 to 4.0 DUPR.
